SENSORY ANALYSIS
The laboratory has formed a panel of 6 people - evaluators, to assess the sensory properties of milk and dairy products. Panel members regularly perform tests to check and train the senses.
The laboratory has participated in an interlaboratory test - aptitude test (PT test) for sensory analysis.
