LABORATORY FOR TESTING RAW MILK

We perform testing on raw milk for the dairy producers and dairy industries.

The laboratory is accredited according to the standard MKS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 and other standards for raw milk testing methods on 12.09.2012, and thus meets the requirements of the Food and Veterinary Agency and received a decision for approval "Testing laboratory of quality raw milk "on 17.10.2012.

The laboratory employs highly educated professionals who are in constant contact with dairy producers and the dairy industry for consultations regarding the improvement of raw milk quality.

All milk producers have a legal obligation to examine the milk, according to the rulebook of the Official Gazette of RM, no. 151, from 2011.

EQUIPMENT

  • Bentley Bactocount IBC, for determining the total number of microorganisms in milk;
  • Bentley Somacount CC 150 , for measurement of somatic cells in milk;
  • Lactoscope C4+, for chemical analysis of milk (fat, protein, lactose and dry matter);
  • Cryoscope, Advanced Instruments, for determining the freezing point of milk (percentage of added water);
  • Cryostar, Funke Gerber, for determining the freezing point of milk (percentage of added water);
  • DSM Delvo test SP-NT: test for determing the presence of inhibitors in milk / antibiotics;
