SAMPLE RECEPTION DEPARTMENT

In this department, we accept the samples.

Important informations

  1. The samples can be accepted by an authorized person of Anima-Vet Laboratory at the request of the clients.
  2. Samples are accepted only if accompanied by a cover letter/request for analysis
  3. The request for analysis can also be completed in the sample reception department

Information that should at least be included in the request for analysis/cover letter:

  1. Name of the client, adress and contant information
  2. Description of the sample
  3. Mark/lot of the sample
  4. Manufacturing date, expiry date
  5. Number of samples
  6. Date of sampling
